Singapore

Add to that its incomparable natural beauty and there's no wonder this modern powerhouse of a city-state, nestled in jewel-like tropical isle, has become a most-favored destination for tourists...

Singapore is a city-state, located at the southern-most tip of Malaysia. The city’s rich mixture of Asian and Western cultures results in intriguing blends and contrasts found nowhere else on Earth, and offers visitors a truly unique experience.

The Chingay Parade is a traditional Chinese Year procession which has grown recently to become massive street parade, boasting a sensational variety of ballroom dancers, street floats, jugglers, percussionists, lion and dragon ballroom dancers, clowns and acrobats, among others.

Singaporean food is legendary.

Street food has been the best eating in Singapore since the late 1800s, when men from China, Malaya and southern India were drawn to work in the maniacally busy port city.

The city’s distinctive hawker centers, coffee shops and food courts line the streets and malls, offering an abundance of sumptuous local fare – and unique tastes of colorful local culture, too.

Singapore’s skyline has grown enormously over the past few years.

The Marina Bay Sands – a world-class luxury hotel and casino – is just one of the many highlights, joined by such iconic establishments as the Esplanade, the Fullerton Bay Hotel and the Singapore Flyer.

The Marina Bay Sands

Found along the Marina Bay waterfront, right in the middle of Singapore, 10 minutes away from Changi International Airport, the staggering Marina Bay Sands truly is a great place to find your peace. This mega hotel in Singapore is the uttermost symbol of magnificence and opulence.

The accommodations vary hugely, guests being able to choose from 18 different accommodation facilities, from luxurious to ultimately opulent. Almost needless to mention, Marina Bay Sands comprises a total of 2,561 rooms.

The Skypark, with its pool and over 200 species of plants, will not be such a great choice for those suffering from fear of heights.

And there’s Justin Quek’s Sky, on 57, where guests can enjoy all sorts of cocktails and the music of live DJs.

There’s also a staggering casino, which provides tourists with the occasion to try their luck in gambling or even win the mystery car jackpot.

Capella Singapore Hotel

For those of you who prefer more natural enviroment than urban life, Capella Singapore is a good place to enjoy privacy, surrounded by superb, lush vegetation. The reception building itself is quite an architectural monument, resembling colonial styles of the 18th century.

And of course, if you decide to visit Singapore don't miss - Singapore Zoo: World’s Best Rainforest Zoo. Singapore Zoo has been known to have among the most beautiful settings in the world, where animals roam freely in open and natural habitats.

Shop, eat, explore and have a fabulous and fun-filled visit. No matter what your tastes or budget, here you’ll discover an unforgettable garden city, nestled on a tropical island filled end-to-end with exotic sights, exciting activities and once-in-a-lifetime surprises.
